Esperanza Hall

Esperanza Hall will be the fourth academic building on the Round Rock Campus. It will include a large, tiered classroom, general classrooms, study spaces, lounge areas, vending conference room and vending. The initial construction will include the build-out of classrooms/study/lounge space on floor 1, and shell space for future build-out on floors 2 & 3.

Budget: $52,409,972

Status: Design Development.

Est. Construction Start: November, 2024

Est. Construction Completion: July, 2026

Scope: New 81,651 GSF academic building to house general classrooms, and faculty/staff offices.
