Ready Request Information
Facilities is excited to announce the roll-out of a new AiM user interface module called Ready Request. Ready Request will transform the process of initiating work requests for Facilities shop response. Rest assured, Ready Request will not replace AiM. Instead, the new module offers a very intuitive graphical user interface to guide our customers through the work order creation process. Ultimately, the module will simplify the work request submission process while collecting all of the pertinent information our shops require to address your Facilities requests.
