You will need a login set up specifically for Facility Focus prior to putting in a reqest.

The old citrix version of our customer request system is still available. Remember most users will have to download and install the client plug-in. Guides and information on using WebFM are provided as pdf files below.

Run old version of web Facility Focus

• You will not be able to connect if you haven't downloaded and installed the plugin below.
• You will not be able to login if you have not been authorized to make requests on behalf of your organization.

Setting up your computer to connect to Facility Focus is easy.

1. Simply click on the "Facility Focus Plugin" link below.
2. Save the connected file to your computer.
3. Close your internet browser.
4. Run the plugin setup that you just downloaded
5. When it is finished - return to this webpage and click on the "Run Full Facility Focus" link above.
