Customers can print their bills by accessing the billing database directly. They only need to set up a shortcut on their desktop.

Instructions:

• Right click on the desktop
• Choose New > Shortcut

A new window will open.

• For the “location of the item” type: \\focusserver\ppbilling\pp_bills.exe
• Click next

Change the name if you like to something which will remind you of its purpose.

Click finish

A shortcut will appear on the desktop which will connect the customer to the pp_bills executable.
